Serves 2

3-4 Patak’s Ready To Eat Pappadums
1 small red onion, finely diced
10 cherry tomatoes, diced
4 radishes, diced
1 green cayenne chilli, sliced
handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon sweet paprika or red chilli powder
Lemon wedges, to serve

Method

  1. Place Pappadums on individual plates. Top evenly with onion, tomato, radish and green chilli.
  2. Scatter coriander and sprinkle sweet paprika. Serve with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!
