Tikka Crusted Salmon with Lemon, Garlic Yoghurt

Ingredients

2 x tablespoons of oil
4 x 150gm piece of salmon
1 x pack of Pataks BBQ Tikka Spice Rub
1 x clove garlic
1 x cup of Greek Yoghurt
1 x zest & juice of lemon

Method

  1. Rub the salmon on all sides in oil and then coat with Pataks BBQ Tikka Spice Rub, ensuring it is completely covered.
  2. Place the salmon on a medium/high heat BBQ , cooking for around 4–5mins with the skin side down, closing the BBQ lid. Flip once, and cook for another 2–3mins to ensure it is cooked through.
  3. To serve, microplane garlic into a bowl, add zest & juice of one lemon, a cup of greek yoghurt, big pinch of salt and combine. Spoon this onto the side of your plate or into a ramekin to enjoy with your Pataks Tikka Salmon!
