2 Tbsp Patak’s Mild Spice Paste
400g Paneer (Diced into medium sized cubes)
2 Red Capsicum
1 Red Onion
2cm Finely Chopped Ginger (Optional)
2 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Optional)
1 Tbsp Plain Flour
4 Tbps Yoghurt
Salt to Taste
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander
Patak’s Mango Chutney (To Serve)
1. In a mixing bowl, add Patak’s Mild Spice Paste, yogurt, ginger (optional), garlic (optional), oil, fresh chopped coriander and salt (to taste) and mix well to make a marinade.
2. Add diced paneer, red capsicum and onion to the marinade and mix well.
Cook the marinated paneer, red capsicum and onion on a pan or on a BBQ till the paneer and capsicum are golden brown in colour.
3. Serve with mango chutney.
