½ cup plain yoghurt
½ cup cucumber, finely chopped
2 tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

  1.  Combine the yoghurt, cucumber, cumin and   garlic in a medium bowl. Stir well. Garnish   with coriander.

  2.  Serve with freshly cooked plain Patak’s   Pappadums and Patak’s Mango Chutney in   little serving dishes for an authentic Indian   feast.
