Ingredients

2tbsp Patak’s Tikka Masala Paste
1 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch sea salt
4 pieces of white fish, skinless

Garnish:
1 lemon, cut into wedges
2 spring onions, green parts sliced thinly
1/2 bunch coriander, leaves picked
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 shallot, sliced thinly
1 green chilli, sliced thinly

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the Tikka Masala paste with the yoghurt, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  2. Spread the Tikka yoghurt over the fish and place onto a lined baking tray. Bake in a 180 degrees Celsius oven until the dish is just cooked. Season with sea salt..
  3. Mix the spring onion, herbs, shallot, cucumber and chilli with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil.
  4. Serve the baked fish topped with herb salad and a wedge of lemon. Serve with a side of steamed rice.
