Green Peas And Paneer Butter Curry

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 block (3/4 cup) paneer, cubed
1 cup fresh or frozen green peas
1 Patak’s Butter Chicken Spice Creations 350g
¼ cup cream (for garnish)
Fresh peas and coriander (for garnish)


  1.  Blanch green peas and keep in cold water.

  2.  Stir fry paneer in a little oil for 4 minutes,   turning until golden.

  3.  Add the Spice Blend in the cap and stir fry   for 1–2 minutes.

  4.  Add the Patak’s Butter Chicken Spice   Creations sauce and simmer for 12–15   minutes.

  5.  Drain the peas in a colander and add to the   pan.

  6.  Coat with sauce for 1 minute then garnish   with a sprinkle of fresh peas, cream and   coriander.
